Week 1: Are our past heartaches and traumas just junk to dump, or are they part of what makes us who we are? In these introductory sessions, Dallas shares the importance of learning from our emotions.

#1 Introduction – Understanding the Program

  • What is Emotional Baggage? – a Dumper’s Guide

In this orientation session you will discover: The true value of our emotions. Where to turn for guidance on interpreting our emotions. Capturing the message and the value from difficult emotions, so you can let the emotion go. The many ways we hang onto leftover emotional baggage. Dead giveaways – how to spot your “dumpable” baggage!

  • Your “Precious Crisis”

There are many things that may have brought you to this program. Regardless of whether your reason is big or small, it can lead us to highlight and explore:

The power and the preciousness of the crisis that leads us to make a change.

#2 Dump that Baggage!

  • Our first action session: Jump straight in with a direct experience of how easy it is to “dump” some baggage. Discover how we store or “code” our memories – good and bad as pictures around us and physical feelings in our bodies. Learn how to pay attention to these “representations” and describe them. Experience how simply you can ease your negative emotions without having to talk them through!

  • Clear Your Critical Inner Voice

So many of us think badly of ourselves, “beat ourselves up” or have this odd idea we are not good enough in some way. Now is the time to show that old idea the door! This simple, transformational process will help get rid of that Critical Inner Voice – the negative soundtrack or self talk you might have running in your head.

Enjoy a sense of quiet peace inside, perhaps for the first time!

Week 2: Predators in life can be emotional as much as physical. In this weeks sessions, Dallas helps us get strong and protected!

#3 Get Strong and Protected

  • Your Magic Bubble

Experience how easily you can connect to a sense of ease, wellbeing, and resourcefulness. See things from the new perspective of protection and claim your sense of emotional freedom, from within your protected space.

  • Anchoring the States You Need

After this session, you will feel able to connect instantly with your most resourceful self, to remain calm and lighthearted under pressure, to solve a problem, see things afresh or stand strong in a challenging situation.

  • Your Magic Scissors

Obsessive negative thoughts can blight our lives, taking us on a downward spiral of emotion, distracting us from our own life goals and stripping away our happiness. Literally feel that the power is in your hands to cut loose from obsessive thoughts that might have dogged you in the past.

Week 3: Do you know how you set yourself up just to let yourself down? Undo these negative strategies to become your own best friend.

#4 Undo Your Big Bad Habitual Emotion

  • Strategy Scramble

No matter what is going on in our world to justify negative emotion, it is an uncomfortable truth that each of us also plays some part in generating our emotional states and/or keeping them going

This session will help you uncover your hidden “strategy” for running your main, ruling negative emotion and help you to scramble it, to make it harder to use.

Recognise the different ways we help to create our negative emotions. Notice and map out the steps you take to create or accentuate your ruling negative emotional state. Work together to playfully challenge each of these steps and scramble your ways of using them. Create a sense of liberation from these old, entrenched patterns.

After this session, you will be able to use your new insights to make immediate improvements to how you feel in any moment.

Week 4: Has terror and heartache from the past still got a hold on your life? Let the past lose it’s grip and wake up to a brighter future.

#5 Take Away the Power of Past Events

  • Letting Go of Past Trauma

Many of us carry the trauma of terrible past events, either openly or secretly. This session will help you let go of that trauma and begin to be who you truly are and live the life you are meant for.

After this session, you will have the ability to feel lighter, and to open up to see your true self, free of the burdensome weight of your memories of past, traumatic events.

  • Clearing all Your leftover Emotional Baggage

As we go through life, we load ourselves with leftover emotional baggage – un-useful anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, stress, guilt and shame – and struggle on. In this session, we trigger all this baggage to dump itself out of our lives forever.

After this session, you will feel free of the heavy baggage of past emotions and able to move forward with a new sense of lightness and emotional ease.

Week 5: Where to now without all of that baggage?

#6 Claim Your Future, Claim Yourself

  • Capture Your Future Knowledge & Wisdom Right Now

If your life has been heavily burdened; your needs, wants, hopes, fears, purpose and dreams may seem hidden. In this session, we explore your ideal future, free of your old baggage.

After this session, you will have a stronger sense of certainty and direction, and a much clearer path towards your ideal future.

  • Program Conclusion – The True You

Having completed the program, you will notice that dumping your baggage has helped tune you in to the wonder of life. To begin smelling life’s roses, to see and feel things differently. Creating immense, clear space for all your beautiful new experiences – for laughter, love and LIFE.

In this final session, we reflect on the journey and where it has brought you – through your “precious crisis” to a whole new way of experiencing life.
