Strategy Scramble

No matter what is going on in our world to justify negative emotion, it is an uncomfortable truth that each of us also plays some part in generating our emotional states and/or keeping them going.

This session will help you uncover your hidden “strategy” for running your main, ruling negative emotion and help you to scramble it, to make it harder to use.

Recognise the different ways we help to create our negative emotions. Notice and map out the steps you take to create or accentuate your ruling negative emotional state. Work together to playfully challenge each of these steps and scramble your ways of using them. Create a sense of liberation from these old, entrenched patterns.

After this session, you will be able to use your new insights to make immediate improvements to how you feel in any moment.
